Ordering Process

Step One: Contact
Use the Job Details page here, or the button at the bottom of this page, to let me know what kind of printing job you are looking to get done. What kind of printing, how many items, specifics of colour or material, any small edits, etc.
Step Two: Discussion
I’ll get back to you on whether or not it is possible to complete the job required. If it is possible, we will discuss the job, I will need you to send me the file(s), and I will give you the cost without postage and packing. I do this because I don’t want to quote a price too high or low for postage before the printing is complete.
Step Three: Deposit and Printing
I will charge an initial deposit, paid via PayPal, and begin printing right away or as soon as the queue reaches your order. I will inform you when printing has started, when each batch is complete if applicable, and when printing is done overall. Please note however that the process goes as fast as the materials and the equipment allows.
Step Four: Photographs, Final Payment and Shipping
Once everything is printed, I will send photos to you for the go ahead on whether they are acceptable. If they are acceptable, I will ask for final payment with postage included, again via PayPal. I will then get the package shipped either the same working day or next working day. Packages will be sent by An Post, tracked and with a signature required.
