Here is where I will document completed personal projects.

A conversion kit for an AAP-01 airsoft pistol to an Uzi, designed by TACTICAL_INDEX on Cults3D. Printed in PLA+ and PETG-CF.
Always wanted an airsoft over-under, and this is the best file I've come across for one. I made it with a few modifications. Some worked, some didn't. Firstly, I printed it using iron compound PLA, brass compound PLA, PLA+ and dark wood PLA. I stained and varnished the wood. Overall it looks great and the mechanics work great, so fantastic design work from Sima3D. Modifications that worked: Since I wanted to use APS shells, I decided to make my own barrels. I have a CAM870 and so I measured the internal diameter to be 17.5mm. I printed interlocking barrel pieces starting at 17.5mm ID and going 0.01mm wider each section to prevent catching, keeping the OD to 25mm. The BB's and wad make it through really smoothly. I changed the firing pins too to work better with APS shells. I used clipped down rivet pins, but kept the wide head to fire the shells and countersunk the firing pin holes and widened them so the wide heads could move smoothly. A lot more reliable with APS shells, specifically the Mk.1 shells. I made a hole and designed a front bead sight, printed in brass PLA, into the front barrel bracket. Adds to the look. I wasn't too confident in using a pin to hold the chambers to the rear half, so I used a 3mm screw. Modifications that didn't work: The barrels are too long. Sectioned into three parts, the third part started to droop so the gun shoots low now. If I had a larger machine I'd do two portions maximum, or make the barrels smaller, but I wanted a full length barrel. This is entirely down to my own choices, so if you want a longer functional barrel use the pipe as recommended or have a large printer to make a longer barrel. Overall a fantastic design and while I may not use this particular one in games due to the droop, it's definitely a wall hanger for me. Second print I've done from Tactical_Index on Cults3D. This time a bulpup kit for the AAP-01. The original design makes it a carbine/SMG but I wanted to make it longer to fill a somewhat DMR role. I extended the handguard out and fit a 430mm Laylax barrel inside with a Maple Leaf bucking. The FPS went too high so I modified and printed an even tighter version of a low gas flow disk sold on the market to reduce the power to what I was happy with.
This is a design by me. My family is considering constructing a small residential cabin. To help with planning how to construct it I designed a 1 square metre grid in a 6x8 metre frame. The walls are moveable and slot into the grid so the layout can be changed. The furniture is Ikea furniture scaled as close as I can to be the same to the grid. I am open to designing and printing similar for customers who want their own for planning.
